The classic finish
Flozn’ classic finishes: mirror-polished or satin-finished stainless steel.
These finishes, a symbol of timeless elegance, represent the essence of Flozn’ quality and tradition.
Galvanic
The electroplating process with 24kt gold , bronze and copper colors involves applying a thin layer of precious metal or alloy to a substrate using an electrolytic bath. After the substrate is prepared, the item is immersed in the bath containing the electrolytic solution specific to the desired metal. The application of an electric current causes metal ions to deposit on the surface, creating a uniform layer. This process provides a luxurious and protective appearance, improving corrosion resistance and providing an aesthetically pleasing finish. The piece can then be polished to achieve a reflective surface.
PVD
The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) finishing process involves the deposition of a thin layer of material through physical vaporization in a vacuum environment. Rose Gold, Yellow Gold and Metal Gun colors are achieved using a variety of materials such as titanium, zirconium and chromium. The substrate is prepared and then placed in the deposition chamber, where the coating material is vaporized and deposited onto the surface. This process provides a durable, uniform and aesthetically pleasing finish, with colors ranging from rose gold to yellow gold to dark gray. PVD finishes are widely used in a variety of industries, from watchmaking to automotive, to improve the appearance and durability of products.
Marble
The dipping finishing process involves immersing items in a solution that simulates the look of marble. The most common types of marble used include Bianco di Carrara, Rosa di Candoglia, Verde di Prato, and Botticino. During the process, a hydrographic film with the desired marble pattern is placed on the surface of a specialized liquid. The item is then immersed in this liquid, allowing the film to adhere evenly to its surface. After drying and sealing, the item has a natural marble-like appearance, with the distinctive characteristics of the chosen variety.
Painted
The epoxy paint finishing process involves the application of a protective and decorative coating made of epoxy resins. The most common types include matte white and matte black. During the process, the surface to be coated is prepared by cleaning and applying primer if necessary. The epoxy paint is then applied by spraying or brushing and allowed to dry. Epoxy paint provides a durable finish that is resistant to impacts, scratches and chemicals, as well as providing a matte appearance that can lend elegance and modernity.
